Mr. Shukrullah Sharifi has completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). He has worked as a Human Resources Officer, Senior HR Officer, and Head of the HR Department with the National Solidarity Program, Citizen 's Charter National Priority Program, and the Citizen Organization for Advocacy and Resilience for the past 8 years, with programs funded by the World Bank and UNICEF.

Mr. Shamsuddin Faizee has completed Bachelor of Sciences in Economic (Bsc-Eco) in Kardan University. Mr. Faizee has started his job since 2001 as finance assistant, finance officer, senior finance officer, Head of Grant unit, Head of operation unit, Head of finance with the National Solidarity Program, Citizens Charter National Priority Program and CDDO organization which was funded by World Bank. He has attending in many trainings in leadership, management, financial controlling, financial management in Denmark, Dubai, Tajikistan and India, he has around 23 years’ experience with different organization.

Hamidullah Yaqobi

Hamidullah Yaqobi

A dedicated professional Hamidullah Yaqubi graduated from Estiqlal High School in Kabul, Afghanistan, in 2001 and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from BAMIKA University, Bamayan, Afghanistan (2011-2015), along with advanced English language certification from ISLAH English Language Center (2002-2004). Currently serving as the Head of the Administration Department at the Community Driven Development Organization (CDDO), he oversees administrative functions, including managing office operations, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. He also develops and implements administrative procedures, manages budgets, and supports staff training and development. Previously, he worked as a Senior Data Entry Officer, managing the CDDO database system, conducting data verification checks, and preparing training materials for data entry officers. His experience includes roles as Database Officer for the MRRD/CCNPP and MRRD/NSP World Bank Projects, where he oversaw database management, ensured compliance with operational guidelines, and trained staff on various systems. Earlier, he served as a Provincial Accountant, handling budget preparation, fund management, and payroll processing. With certifications in database training and strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, SQL, and project management tools, Mr Yaqubi is committed to enhancing data integrity and operational efficiency in community-driven development initiatives.

Mr. Mohammad Gul Nasim completed his bachelors degree in Computer Science at Nangarhar University and his masters degree in Project Management from Peshawar Pakistan. Over the past decade, Mr. Nasim has held various roles, including Lecturer, Education Manager, Head of the MIS Department, MIS Specialist, and Senior Database Developer in both national and international organizations. He has extensive experience in managing and implementing data management systems, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time. Currently, Mr. Nasim is focused on leveraging his expertise to drive innovation within data management practices. He is particularly skilled in cross-cultural collaboration, having worked extensively in international settings. In his free time, Mr. Nasim enjoys exploring new technologies, engaging in community service, and participating in professional development opportunities to enhance his skills further.

Born in 1988 in Kabul, graduated from the 12th grade of Abdul Hadi Dawi High School in Kabul and also graduated from the 14th grade of the Kabul Vocational High School of Administration and Commerce And has a higher education in the field of administration and commerce from Kardan Private University (BBA) and a one-year diploma in the field of administration and commerce from Kardan Private University (DBA). 13 years of work experience in various departments of administration and geographic information systems in Afghanistan and a member of the Water Management Board in Afghanistan. Fluent in Dari, Pashto, English, Urdu and Hindi. Certificate in geographic information systems and water management from India, United Arab Emirates, Thailand. He also has experience in photography and journalism. He is also an active member of freelance journalists.
